Tony started Clear Vision in late 2005. He was taught to clean windows with a squeegee by his Dad when he was 13 years old. He is a keen Spurs supporter going to matches as often as he can. Tony is Dad to Daisy (20 yrs) & Harri (10 yrs) and the husband of Emma (Mrs Clear Vision) since 2015.

Tony is also an avid golfer and will play at every given opportunity rain or shine. When he isn’t at work or on the golf course, you can usually find him at home spending time with the family or in the pro shop!

Introducing Emma, also known as Mrs. Clear Vision. Emma is the go-to person when it comes to our online presence and social media. Whether she’s busy answering calls or working alongside Zoe in the office, she’s always there to support Tony and the team in the field. Happily married to Tony since 2015, Emma is a proud Mum to Chloe, Emily, and Harri (or Harriet), ranging from 10 to 18 years old. With an endless amount of energy, she’s constantly immersed in one project or another. Emma openly admits to being a “crazy cat lady,” although she’s only allowed one mischievous little white furball named Pip. If it were up to her, she’d have a house full of feline friends, but, the husband puts his foot down on that one!

Paul started with us in August 2012. Our longest serving member of team Clear Vision and definitely part of the furniture. Paul is a real fan of coffee & walnut cake… and  (Emma’s Mum) frequently gets drafted in to make a cake or two! Paul lives with his wife Emma and his two kids (teenagers) in Woolston. He has been cleaning windows since he was 16 years old and has definitely mastered the art. Paul is a season ticket holder at Eastleigh FC and supports Aston Villa. He has a passion for cars and motorbikes and never says no to a nice cuppa and a chocolate biscuit!

James is married to Rachel and between them they have 7 children together! They have a dog called Olive, a little Frenchie puppy who goes by the name of Margo, and cats, lots of cats! James likes all sorts of music from Kendrick Lamar to Pink Floyd, the Arctic Monkeys to the Rat Pack, but his favourite band is Oasis – He even named his son after Liam Gallagher! James is a bit of a superstar, always willing to help out, passionate about all things window cleaning and a little obsessed with getting as many great Checkatrade reviews as possible! James has a real penchant for crisps and will go to the ends of the earth for crisps of all kinds (Frazzles, Dorito’s, Wotsits crunchy, and Skips), although he isn’t fussy…

Remember this chap from back in the day?  After taking time to venture out on his own an operation and a whole change of career, Alex realised that actually window cleaning is what he enjoys doing and he really likes being part of a team.  Alex is an outdoorsy type, married with 2 kids and a big dog called Marley, he is often out and about blasting away the cobwebs on his motorcycle or camping somewhere (usually cold and wet in the UK)… He does enjoy a challenge so will often combine his love of the outdoors with some kind of charity fund raiser. He is currently in training for the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Sophie’s Legacy and The Knights Foundation

This lovely lady is Zoe. You will find her in the office heading up the accounts dept usually between the hours of 10am & 3pm. She is Mum to Josh 17 yrs and Mia 10yrs.  Zoe spends her free time down on the farm looking after, mucking out and cuddling Spooks, her beautiful older gentle big black horse. When she isn’t knee-deep in mud with Spooks, she is looking after her friends horses, her own dogs and cat, Marley, Millie & Dilli .  If there is a trail of hay in HQ, you know Zoe is in work!

Elliott is a family man who likes formula 1 and is a bit of a Lewis Hamilton fan. He doesn’t get up too much but is an avid gamer when he gets the chance, and is a qualified mechanic. Soon to be married to the lovely Della they have a six-year-old daughter called Hope and a four-year-old son named Hunter. Amazingly both children share the same birthday on the 22nd of February!  He is also a keen sea fisherman and loves nothing more than fishing with his Dad, Andy… (who is also part of Team Clear Vision and heads up the builders cleaning teams).

Max is extremely conscientious and a bit of clean freak, which is essential in her line of work.  Max comes with a wealth of experience within the cleaning industry, having started at the bottom and worked her way up to team management. Her role within the company is to not only be a mobile support to our on site cleaning teams but, also another point of contact for our clients and she definitely has the skills, the know how and an eye for the finer details. She is a lovely bubbly character, complete animal lover (four legged furry variety, cold  reptilian and also the 8 legged spidery category), in fact when she isn’t wearing her Clear Vision hat, she is head zoo keeper at home. She is Mum to 3 girls and wife to Steve.

Ian is a bit of a veteran to the team, having worked with us for nearly 5 years as his first proper job.  He left a few years ago to explore other employment opportunities and decided, he actually really enjoyed working with us and being outside window cleaning – needless to say we are delighted to have him back!  He is Daddy to Teddy James and step Dad to Jacob and has the lovely Melissa as his new wife.  Ian is a dedicated Saints fan and has been known to spend hours building lego with his step son, Jacob.

Aston is a fitness enthusiast who hits the gym daily, conquers mountains, and has plans to cycle to France soon. He shares his life with his partner, Thea, who is a paramedic, and their feline companion, Anakin.

This is Andy, Elliott’s Dad and best mate. Andy is a family man and likes the simple things in life, sea fishing, walking his dog and tinkering with cars and engines (whilst hanging out with Elliott), these are among his favourite things in life…. His lovely wife Claire and him have been together since senior school and are the perfect match.  Andy has an extensive background in all things cleaning and window cleaning and is always happy to go the extra mile. Turns out he is just as OCD as Big Boss Tony when it comes to supervising the builders cleaning teams on site….

When Libby isn’t studying for another admin qualification she loves to read romance novels, in fact she is writing her own love story… Her boyfriend is based in Gosport but is a Devon lad and he loves nothing than muddy walks in the country and drags Libby along with him!  She is also a music fanatic and enjoys a good live gig – anything from the Artic Monkeys to Ed Sheeran, floats her boat…
