FAQ’s & Basic T’s & C’s
By appointing Clear Vision Window Cleaning Ltd as your chosen service service provider you “the customer” agree to the following:
- We operate a year round service. This means that at times we will be cleaning in inclement weathers. This in no way has any effect on the end result of the clean.
- You agree to make payment within 7 days of our clean. We agree to leave full payment details along with a stamped SAE if not paying online. Should payment not be received in that time (depending on circumstances) we reserve the right to charge a 10% supplement.
- Any complaints regarding the clean are to be made within 48 hours. We then promise to return and rectify any issues within 24 hours of the complaint free of charge. Should you have cause to make a valid complaint 3 times within a calendar year we will carry out your next due clean completely free of charge.
- Where we have mobile numbers and email address we will notify you of our visit the day before we are due. If you have any specific requirements outside of this for example specific cleaning days and/or times these will need to be notified to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update our system to reflect this.
- Should you refuse our regular clean 3 times in a row (unless for special circumstances like building work) then we reserve the right to remove you from our lists and/or make an administrative charge to compensate us for expenses incurred.
- The price you have been quoted and accepted is based upon the agreed frequency. You may at any time change the frequency and depending upon whether this is shorter or longer this will result in a price adjustment.
- Should you cancel after the first or second clean we reserve the right to add an additional charge to cover our costs. This is assuming the cancellation is of no fault of our own and we have not been afforded the opportunity to rectify any complaints over our service.
