To provide and maintain a highly professional and efficient service, we use the Reach & Wash water-fed pole cleaning system. This allows us to reach all those tricky and awkward windows, up to 75 ft (or 7 storeys), without the use of a ladder. This system allows us to clean your whole window including the frames and sills. This goes for your external doors and frames every visit!
The water we use goes through a thorough and specialised filtration process to remove limescale and all other impurities. We filter and produce all our own water on site at Clear Vision HQ, which ensures we only use the finest quality of purified water. Without an electrostatic charge, it is extremely efficient at dissolving dirt and rinsing it away. Our vehicles also heat the water prior to your clean to give perfect results every visit. After all, you wouldn’t wash your dishes in cold water!
Modern Methods & Our Process
Unlike traditional methods, which rely on a squeegee or cloth to remove the dirty soap suds, with this system, your window will be left wet when the cleaning process is completed; however, they will dry naturally, leaving you with beautifully clean, streak-free, soap-free windows and doors.
It is always lovely to see you; however, we don’t need you to be at home on the day of your scheduled visit (unless we need access through your home). We will send out a reminder a few days prior to each scheduled clean, so it is never a surprise to see us. This gives you forewarning to leave your gate unlocked so we can clean the windows at the back of your home.
Once we have finished, we will close your gate and ensure your property is safe and secure. We will always leave you with a calling card after every visit, just to let you know we have been… This will have the approximate date of your next clean, the amount due and our payment information for online banking payments.
Our preferred method of payment is GoCardless, which is a DD coinciding with your chosen frequency; however, we accept online banking transactions, all major debit and credit cards over the phone or cash & cheques on the day of your clean.
