Tony started Clear Vision in late 2005. He was taught to clean windows with a squeegee by his Dad when he was 13 years old. He is a keen Spurs supporter going to matches as often as he can. Tony is Dad to Daisy (21 yrs) & Harri (11 yrs) and the husband of Emma (Mrs Clear Vision) since 2015.

Tony is also an avid golfer and will play at every given opportunity rain or shine. When he isn’t at work or on the golf course, you can usually find him at home spending time with the family or in the pro shop!

Emma, also known as Mrs. Clear Vision. Emma is the go-to person when it comes to our online presence and social media. Whether she’s busy answering calls or working alongside Zoe & Jo in the office, she’s always there to support Tony and the team in the field.  Married to Tony since 2015, Emma is a proud Mum to Chloe, Emily, and Harri (or Harriet), ranging from 11 to 18 years old. With an endless amount of energy, she’s constantly immersed in one project or another. Emma openly admits to being a “crazy cat lady,” although she’s only allowed one mischievous little white furball named Pip. If it were up to her, she’d have a house full of feline friends, but, the husband puts his foot down on that one!

Elliot is a family man who likes formula 1 and is a bit of a Lewis Hamilton fan. He doesn’t get up too much but is an avid gamer when he gets the chance, and is a qualified mechanic.  Newly married to the beautiful Della, they have a seven-year-old daughter called Hope and a five-year-old son named Hunter. Amazingly both children share the same birthday on the 22nd of February!  He is also a keen sea fisherman and loves nothing more than fishing with his Dad, Andy… (who is also part of Team Clear Vision and heads up the builders cleaning teams).

Ian is a bit of a veteran to the team, having worked with us for nearly 6 years as his first proper job.  He left a few years ago to explore other employment opportunities and decided, he actually really enjoyed working with us and being outside window cleaning – needless to say we are delighted to have him back!  He is Daddy to Teddy James and step Dad to Jacob and has the lovely Melissa as his new wife.  Ian is a dedicated Saints fan and has been known to spend hours building lego with his step son, Jacob.

This lovely lady is Zoe. You will find her in the office heading up the accounts dept usually between the hours of 10am & 3pm. She is proud Mum to Josh 18 yrs who has just enlisted with the Army and Mia 11yrs.   Her happy time is when she is knee deep in mud looking after her friends horses, her own dogs and 2 cats, Marley, Millie, Dillie & Sox.

Max is extremely conscientious and a bit of clean freak, which is essential in her line of work.  Max comes with a wealth of experience within the cleaning industry, having started at the bottom and worked her way up to team management. Her role within the company is to not only be a mobile support to our on site cleaning teams but, also another point of contact for our clients and she definitely has the skills, the know how and an eye for the finer details. She is a lovely bubbly character, complete animal lover (four legged furry variety, cold  reptilian and also the 8 legged spidery category), in fact when she isn’t wearing her Clear Vision hat, she is head zoo keeper at home. She is Mum to 3 girls and wife to Steve.

Jo is happily married to Jason Bourne. She has three children, three stepchildren, four grandchildren, and one mischievous sausage dog named Louie. One of her sons is chasing his music dreams in LA—living life to the fullest! Jo loves dining out, especially for Thai food, and enjoys a refreshing brandy with lemonade or a splash in her coffee! 🍹

Look who is back in the folds of Team Clear Vision, it’s our very own Phil or the window cleaning “Ninja”. Phil is married to Vicky and they both love a spicy hot curry night and a music festival of the heavy metal variety.

This is Andy, Elliot’s Dad and best mate. Andy is a family man and likes the simple things in life, sea fishing, walking his dog and tinkering with cars and engines (whilst hanging out with Elliot), these are among his favourite things in life…. His lovely wife Claire and him have been together since senior school and are the perfect match.  Andy has an extensive background in all things cleaning and window cleaning and is always happy to go the extra mile. Turns out he is just as OCD as Big Boss Tony when it comes to supervising the builders cleaning teams on site….

Meet Andy – proud husband to Alice, father of two teenage girls, and a new little boy called Roman! The family also includes two lovable Staffies, Prince & Blue, who are just big softies at heart. When he’s not running his own footy team or cheering on the Saints, Andy enjoys spending time with his loved ones.
